District Meetings

District Board and Committee Meetings

All meetings are virtual unless otherwise noted. In-person meetings will also an option to join virtually.

Public Comment: Public participation is available during the Public Comment portion of Board Meetings. Committee meetings and workshops do not include public comment.

Verbal Comments:

  • Completing this form is required to speak during Public Comment.

  • The deadline to sign-up is 9 a.m. the morning of the meeting.

  • The order of speaking is on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Public comments will be limited to 3 minutes per person.
     

Written Comments:

  • Send via email to board@frprdistrict.com.

  • Include “Public Comment” as the subject line.

  • Emailed comments received by 2 p.m. the day before the Board Meeting will be provided to the Board in advance of the meeting and will be included as part of the permanent meeting record. Comments received after that time will be provided to the Board following the meeting.

Meeting Distribution List: To receive advance notifications along with meeting materials, sign up using the SIGN IN box at the top right corner of the meeting portal. You will be prompted to create one-time login credentials. After signing in, the 'sign-in' button will be replaced by a 'subscriptions' button. Click this button to select the committees you would like to receive notifications for. If you encounter technical difficulties, contact board@frprdistrict.com
