Name The Train
The Front Range Passenger Train is an express passenger rail service envisioned to connect communities along Colorado’s Front Range - from Pueblo to Fort Collins in the near term. Starter service is scheduled to begin in 2029. It would offer another option for travel along I-25, helping get cars off the road while making trips more enjoyable. That means a service you could plan around (more time for morning coffee!) and a comfortable ride, whether you’re visiting friends, heading downtown, or simply choosing to read, work, or take a power nap instead of sitting in traffic. Planning and coordination are underway with regional partners, and the project is being developed in phases that align with their involvement and approval processes.
There are four names in the running for the train:
